Before coming to the Bar in 2005, Bradley was a senior associate at Mallesons Stephen Jaques. Prior to working in private practice, Bradley worked at the Australian Government Solicitor and Australian Taxation Office for 10 years where he advised on capital gains tax, trust and international tax issues. Bradley is the author of the chapter on Taxation of Trusts in the 4th edition of Evans’ Equity & Trusts. He is also an editor of the Trusts and Gifts chapters of Butterworth’s Encyclopaedia of forms and precedents.
