land tax, payroll tax, income tax, sales tax, CGT,
GST). Other areas of practise include, administrative
law, trusts, equity, commercial, corporations,
and common law.

Office, Sydney (Gyles QC - now Justice Gyles of
the Federal Court). Senior staff solicitor responsible
for the directing and managing of investigations into
"bottom of the harbour" tax schemes.
