David is an experienced advocate in commercial/corporate, and equity matters. He has advised and appeared in significant and complex commercial litigation, including an arbitration in respect of a telecommunications contract, and disputes involving the acquisition and sale of businesses and building and construction issues. In addition, David has been briefed in professional liability actions for and against
auditors, surveyors, solicitors and other professionals.
He is equally at ease handling equity cases for individual clients who have property issues (such as a landlord/tenant matter or an easement dispute), and also dealing with deceased estate litigation such as a contested Probate suit, or a Family Provision Act case. |
