Roger's practice focuses on taxation law with a special interest in International Tax law. Prior to coming to the Bar Roger was a tax partner at Minter Ellison, Lawyers in Sydney.

Roger spent five years at the Australian National University teaching Taxation and Company Law. He attended Harvard Law School's International Tax Program for a year as a Visiting Scholar. On his return to Australia, he joined Freehill Hollingdale & Page's Sydney office, where he became a partner.

Roger is admitted as a Barrister in Victoria, the ACT and Queensland. He is on the High Court Roll.

He is co-author of Guidebook to Australian International Taxation, Lawyers Tax Companion (CCH) and Editor of Foreign Investment Regulations in Australia (Legal Books).
