Bradley specialises in tax, commercial and insolvency matters. Before coming to the Bar Bradley was a senior associate at Mallesons Stephen Jaques. He regularly acts both for and against the Commissioner of Taxation and has published numerous articles on taxation issues.
Bradley is also regularly briefed in insolvency, commercial and equity disputes and is a co-author of Evans’ Equity & Trusts and a tax editor for Butterworths’ Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents.
