Prior to coming to the Bar in 2006, Louise was a Director of Grant Samuel where she led the Structured Finance Division. Before joining Grant Samuel, Louise was a Partner at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Clayton Utz practising in commercial law and taxation.

Louise’s principal areas of practice is Revenue Law which requires her to have an understanding of commercial and administrative law.
