Before commencing practice in 1995, Mark practised as an accountant, banker and solicitor.

Mark has extensive experience advising and appearing for both the revenue authorities and taxpayers.

Mark is also involved with the Taxation Institute of Australia and other industry bodies, regularly gives seminars on taxation and is a part-time lecturer for post-graduate students in taxation and trust law.
