He is admitted to practise in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, the Northern Territory, the Australian Capital Territory, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (www.difccourts.ae). David took silk in 1986 and holds that office in all the above Australian jurisdictions David served as a Judge Advocate and is a Wing Commander in the RAAF Legal Reserve.
