Before coming to the Bar, Tony practised first as a solicitor and then as a Chartered Accountant.
His principal area of practice, Revenue law, necessarily involves an understanding of and practice in administrative, commercial and conveyancing law and equity. Extensive experience in advising and appearing for both revenue authorities and taxpayers allows him to review issues with an appreciation of the approach and arguments likely to be adopted by both sides to any dispute, whether the matter is negotiated, litigated or simply one for advice.
