Claudio was admitted as a solicitor in 2019 and called to the Bar in 2026.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Claudio worked as a Senior Associate in the insurance litigation team at Gilchrist Connell. He has appeared in both state and federal courts and tribunals in New South Wales for a diverse range of matters. Those include large commercial litigation, complex procedural disputes, remedies involving varieties of equitable relief, the enforcement of judgments and appeals. He has also appeared in private mediations. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation involving professional liability.
Claudio holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, in which he achieved Distinction or High Distinction in all subjects. He ranked 1st in both Insolvency Law and Health Law & Regulation.
Claudio’s writing on competition law and fiduciary duties has been published in academic peer-reviewed journals in Australia and the UK.
In 2019, he won the AILA Ron Shorter Award.
