Evan has a diverse commercial litigation and equity practice, specialising in personal and corporate insolvency, company law, trade practices, real property, contracts, and construction law.

Evan regularly appears in complex litigation before the Supreme Court of NSW and the Federal Court of Australia.

Evan advises and appears for liquidators and trustees on issues arising in insolvency and the recovery of assets for creditors. He also appears for liquidators and trustees in public examinations of directors, bankrupts and associates in the Supreme Court of NSW and Federal Court of Australia.

Evan has completed postgraduate studies through the University of Southern Queensland and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia (now the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association) and holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Finance and Accounting) and was awarded the Dean’s Certificate in Macroeconomics and Microeconomics.
