Greg practices in tax, crime and commercial law.  He has diverse experience from over 20 years in taxation and commercial law, investment banking and property development.

Greg has advised and appeared in local and international taxation matters, including objections, disputes, recovery proceedings.  He has appeared in various jurisdictions including the District Court, Supreme Court, Federal Court and High Court of Australia.  He has acted as a Crown Prosecutor, primarily in fraud cases.  He has also acted pro bono in migration and criminal cases.

Before coming to the Bar, Greg was a tax consultant at Arthur Andersen, a manager in Ernst & Young’s taxation, banking & finance division, an assistant fund manager to unlisted wholesale real estate equity funds at Macquarie Bank.

Greg is a Chartered Tax Advisor, Tax Institute of Australia, and member of the ODPP NSW Private Briefing Panel.

Greg was admitted in NSW as a solicitor in 1997 and as a barrister in 2012. He has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), a Master of Laws, Master of Taxation and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney.

Greg is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
