Robert Greenhill SC

Robert (Bob) is a well-known Senior Counsel with extensive experience in criminal law including maritime accidents. Formerly a Police Prosecutor, he has practised extensively in administrative law, royal commissions, public inquiries and frequently appears in inquests and coronial inquiries.

Having been briefed in a number of high profile matters, Bob has appeared in the Independent Commission Against Corruption, the New South Wales Crime Commission, the Australian Crime Commission, the Police Integrity Commission, the Woodward Royal Commission into Drug Trafficking and the Loveday Commission of Inquiry into the Conviction of Alexander McLeod Lindsay.

Bob was appointed a Special Investigator with the former Corporate Affairs Commission in relation to the collapse of the Whale Car Wash and has appeared as Prosecutor for the Commission in several complex fraud cases. He has also appeared in the Medical Tribunal and Racing Appeals Tribunal including Harness Racing Disciplinary hearings.

Bob has practised in most courts in New South Wales, as well as the High Court of Australia. Other jurisdictions in which he has appeared include the Supreme Court of Queensland, the Supreme Court and Magistrate's Court of Norfolk Island, the District Court of Western Australia, the Local Court of A.C.T. and the Local Courts of Papua New Guinea.
