Nicholas has a commercial and corporations’ practice with a focus on financial services and insurance. He is regularly briefed to appear for insolvency practitioners, corporations, directors, insurers and financial institutions. He is often engaged in disputes related to directors and officer’s liability, professional indemnity, and general liability insurance policies. He also has experience in disputes concerning financial advice, superannuation, life insurance, banking and reinsurance.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Nicholas practiced as a solicitor for several years at a law firm and in-house at a financial services institution.
Nicholas guest lectures at the University of Technology, Sydney teaching “Insurance Law”.
