Samantha was admitted to legal practice in 2020 and called to the New South Wales Bar in 2025.
Prior to coming to the Bar, she practised at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers, Francom Group and EMK Counsel Co.
Samantha has acted in complex commercial disputes with a focus on corporations, insolvency, consumer law and equity. As a solicitor, she regularly represented well-known retailers and franchisors advising on franchising and regulatory compliance.
She also has extensive experience in real property matters including disputes relating to contracts, commercial and retail leasing, easements and restrictions, conveyancing and caveats.
Samantha has had carriage of matters before the Federal Court, the New South Wales Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Supreme Court of Queensland.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University.
