Justin O’connor

Justin O’Connor was admitted to the NSW Bar in 2004. He has appeared unled in all superior, intermediate and lower courts of New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and has appeared in tenancy and building disputes in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Charles was called to the bar in 2007. Charles practices in a broad range of areas including media, banking, construction, corporations, employment, insolvency, insurance, fraud, property, trusts, wills and estates.

Anthony Kaufmann

Anthony has advised and appeared for public and private companies, banks and individuals. He has appeared in a wide range of commercial disputes in the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court and other New South Wales courts and tribunals.

Evan Walker

Evan has a diverse commercial litigation and equity practice, specialising in personal and corporate insolvency, company law, trade practices, real property, contracts, and construction law.

Mark Maconachie

Mark is entitled to appear in the courts of all jurisdictions in Australia and New Zealand. Mark regularly appears in the Supreme Court of NSW and the Federal Court of Australia.

Henry Durack

Henry practises in the areas of commercial litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy and equity (including real property and wills and estates).

Danielle Woods

Danielle specialises in commercial, insolvency, revenue, property and equity matters.

Ian Fullerton

Ian's primary area of practice is tax law, particularly the taxation of financial and international transactions and trusts including superannuation funds.

Michael Wells

Michael practises in commercial and public law, specialising in taxation and revenue law. He regularly appears in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and Federal Court of Australia, and gives advice in relation to commercial and tax issues.
